$20 says family #2 would answer in the affirmative if asked "do you eat dinner together?" by some how-Americans-are-living poll.
Heh. Yeah, that's what's so wrong about that family - they *almost* have it right. They have food; it's available; they're all there; and then they don't quite understand the very last step. The family in story #1, they're just a lost cause.
