we saw 1 of these in our backyard yesterday. It is one scary looking motherf*er!

Was it as old and wise as it looks?
Seriously? Those things look huge! I saw one camping over the 4th of July weekend.
But apparently much of their size is an illusion. Their actual bodies are pretty small, it's just that their feathers are so poofy and that they use a lot of volumizing conditioner.
