OMG - I have just about that many boxes of matzo ball soup too! I inherited them from L.Kess when she moved to your neck of the woods. I enjoy MBS, but not that much! Perhaps we can join forces and open a Jewish deli!?!
The thing is, I bought them not even to make MBS. I bought them to make latkes and kreplach. You can't get them in grocery stores around here, so I had to resort to bulk purchase on amazon.com. Which explains my 6 bags of dried chickpeas and 2 huuuuuuuuuuge tubs of tahini.
